INTRODUCTION
GOLDEN EMPIRE LEGACY LTD (GELL) was incorporated on the 7th July 2016 and commenced formal business the same year. Since its inception, GELL has established a corporate governance framework to fully adhere to the Ghana’s legislative requirements, regulations, processes, and procedures.
GELL’s corporate governance practices also conform to internationally recognized global standards, protects shareholder and investor rights as well as allow for effective cooperation between all other interested parties. The company is audited by Nexia International.
Industry Experience
With experience and knowledge in the mining value-chain, GELL used the break caused by the COVID pandemic to research and develop the mining and processing of a significant number of mining concessions in Ghana by 2021.
