GOLDEN EMPIRE LEGACY LTD (GELL) was incorporated on the 7th July 2016 and commenced formal business the same year. The company moved on to purchase and export gold to the international market in 2019 after obtaining its export license from the Minerals Commission of Ghana. GELL has exported over 5000kg of Gold Dore to the international markets.

Since its inception, GELL has established a corporate governance framework to fully adhere to the Ghana’s legislative requirements, regulations, processes, and procedures. GELL’s corporate governance practices also conform to internationally recognized global standards, protects shareholder and investor rights as well as allow for effective cooperation between all other interested parties. The company is audited by Nexia International.

The Board of Directors has sufficient knowledge, experience, and expertise behind them, which helps in maintaining the company’s internal control and Risk Management System.

Since our inception in 2016, we have maintained a high reputation for customer care, responsiveness to market fluctuations and opportunities and, most importantly, the provision of high-quality gold product delivered securely and in a timely manner.

Over the past years, we have carried out research in the development of a sustainable gold export business and the company is known for consistent performance, whilst delivering on its obligations.
